Tournaments  - 2018 Registration now open for all events!!

 

There will be many tournament days offered throughout the season that will be both competitive and non-competitive.  All attempts will be made to have events available for all levels of play and all levels of membership.  Unless otherwise posted, no motorized golf carts may be used in any tournaments.  Juniors will be able to use push/pull carts for these events.  To see a complete list of tournaments and events click on the following link: Tournaments/Events

RVJGC-E Club Championship:

The River Valley Junior Golf Club - Edmonton  holds its Club Championship in August every season.  For 2018 the Club Championship will be a 1 day event held at Victoria Golf Course on August 25.  

For 2018 we are making an exception to our qualification requirements for this event.

 

To participate in the 2018 Club Championship the junior golfer must:

1. have played  a minimum of 8 rounds of 18 holes of golf at any combination of Riverside, Victoria or Rundle by August 20th. A combination of 9 hole games to obtain the 8 rounds of 18 holes is acceptable.  Consideration will also be given to those individuals who have demonstrated the ability to shoot a round under 95 at Riverside or Victoria (please send in your request to be considered to:mailto:rivervalley.juniorgolf@gmail.com.
   
2. a sound understanding of the rules.
3. be a minimum of 10 years of age.
4. be a member in good standing with the RVJGC-E.
